City of Opa-locka: Beautification Initiatives

The City of Opa-locka has begun the process of undertaking several initiatives set forth in an effort to continually beautify the City. We undertake these initiatives in hopes of re-igniting the pride in Opa-locka. We want to keep our streets and city looking beautiful for all to enjoy. Here is a breakdown of the current initiatives being undertaken by the City.

Beautification Projects

  • Butterfly Garden Restoration Completed

  • NW 30th Ave Landscaping Planting Completed

  • Medians Restoration and Landscaping Est. Completion Date May 2022

  • NW 151st St. Tree Planting Est. Completion Date June 2022

  • Perviz Ave Medians Tree Planting Est. Completion Date June 2022

  • Entry Signs Restoration Est. Completion Date October 2022
