4. This application is provided as a courtesy only. An active application does not legally entitle a vendor to any particular solicitation, and therefor, vendors must remain vigilant by checking the City's website for current bids, requests, and solicitations.
6. The City of Opa-locka uses Purchase Orders, FOD Destination, Net 30 days for all purchases/services. Vendors must have a Purchase Order prior to delivering good or performing any service for the City. Also, the City of Opa-locka will not pay for any good and/or services not authorized by a Purchase order or exceeding the amount of the Purchase Order issued.
