The Division of Environmental Resources Management (DERM) is hosting the 19th Roundtable, a virtual Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) meeting for food service establishments and related businesses.

This FOG Roundtable will focus on helping businesses to understand grease discharge operating permit requirements and how to avoid penalties, unnecessary fines and costly repairs, so that they may succeed and save money. The agenda will cover the Electronic Plan Review and the Occupational License/Certificate of Use process, who requires a FOG control device, construction inspections, compliance inspections and a Q & A session.

This gathering will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
