Purpose
The primary service of the City of Opa-Locka Parks and Recreation Department (COOL Parks) is to provide opportunities for enriching the lives and meeting the recreational and cultural needs of Opa-Locka residents.
The expressed purpose of the COOL Parks is to maintain and develop facilities and programs to provide a well rounded, wholesome program of leisure time activities for the residents and our community.
