The City of Opa-locka will be concluding the process of updating our fee schedules. The process began with a comparison of our fees to neighboring municipalities. The draft document has been presented publicly at workshops and a Town Hall Meeting. Public Hearings to adopt a new “Schedule of Fees” will be held on March 27th and April 10th. The Schedule of Fees will consolidate all fees assessed by the City, with the exception of utility charges and impact fees, into one document. Please click the link below to view the draft document.
